| Bio: | Things About Me: Hey, Jessy. I'm weird and random and sometimes completely insane. I love weird people, too. All my friends are odd in some way or another because I figure if you're normal you're just pretending to be something you're not. I love music and movies, so it’s impossible for me to list all the movies and bands/singers I like and I'm getting new favorites weekly. I'm not sure how to describe me, a strange combination of rock, punk, emo, scene, metal, and Goth, I guess. I'm loyal and I go out of my way to avoid hurting people. I'm easy to get along with, I guess, once you get use to my little quirks. Random things about me… First off, I’m straightedge. This means, I do not drink, smoke, do drugs, nor do I believe in having casual sex. I’m very committed to this belief and shall remain so for the rest of my life. I’m also bisexual, but mostly because I do not believe that when it comes down to love, it’s going to matter whether the other person has a dick or not. I’m completely against racism or sexism of any kind. I think it’s stupid. I do not believe in the general idea of ‘god’. I believe that, yes, there is a higher power, but I do not believe it is the God the Bible preaches about. I personally think the Bible is shit that should be burnt, but that’s just me. You don’t have to worry; I try to keep my personal views on religion out of my writing. Just because I believe something doesn’t mean I expect you to. Oh, and I suffer from a rather extreme case of Scoleciphobia. I write… It’s my passion in life. I write fanfic because it’s fun, it keeps me entertained, it’s challenging, and it actually helps me improve on my original works. First and foremost, I am a slasher. I rarely if ever write het. When I do, it’s for two reasons: my best friend Mandy, or my beloved Bammie. I write and read fanfic of all kinds, though mostly bandfics. Of, like, tons of fandoms. I'm OTP to the max, so my pairings don't exactly change. And I'm horrible at updating. I mean, I love tons of bands and all, but Kill Hannah owns my soul. Cobra Starship and Avenged Sevenfold are tied for a close second, though. Anyone ever disses on my KH, though, and I'll go ape shit on them. Greg, Dan, Mat, Jonn, Elias... hell, even Garrett and fucking Wooter. I love them all and they're fucking amazing people. Inspirational People I look up to a lot of people and I’m not going to list them all. J.K. Rowling is my idol, I will openly admit to that. One of my biggest role models is probably Davey Havok. He’s been Edge since he was fifteen and I have so, so much respect for him for that. He’s a generally nice person with very strong beliefs. I do not agree with all of his beliefs, but many of them and I do not fault him for the ones I do not share. I hold great, great respect for Jacoby Shaddix, Gerard Way, and WiL Francis because they all have dark pasts that they were able to overcome. I hold great respect, also, for Brandon Novak because he does, at least, try very hard to become clean and I know how hard it is to do so. Smith Puget is amazing because he isn’t afraid to be himself, to be crazy, but he still has morals and he’s still a good person. Patrick Stump is just simply amazing. All of these people, however, cannot hold a candle to my best friend, Mandy. She is, truly, my biggest hero. She has stood by my side through many, many dark times and has helped me survive. I honestly do not think I would be here without her and she deserves my recognition. She supports me and is one of the very few to do so. She is without a doubt probably the best person I have ever, ever met and I am proud to call her my best friend and prouder yet to call her my sister.
